Sitting on star dust wishing for a dime
Waiting for a day to come that man will know no time

Sitting on the edge of peace watching down at war
Waiting for a time to come when war will be no more

Sitting on the edge of grief hearing people cry
Longing for a day to come when people cease to die

Sitting on edge of the hope looking towards tomorrow
Maybe if we learn to love we eliminate some sorrow.
